How much does a project cost?
That turns on how many screens and user types there are, which systems it has to link with, any data to be moved, and the platforms (web, iOS, Android, desktop). One call, then a written scope and fixed quote follow within 48 hours, giving you real numbers to compare, not estimates.
How long will a build take?
Scope decides that, and a timeline comes with your quote. Every two-week sprint ends with working software to look at, so you never have to guess at progress.
How are payments arranged?
Discovery is charged for, then credited to the build should you go ahead. The build has a fixed quote, paid by milestones linked to delivery. Once live, a care plan is optional and billed each month.
Who is the owner of the code?
You are. From day one the accounts are opened in your name, and the source code becomes yours once the project is paid.
Do you sign an NDA?
Yes. Before you send anything sensitive, we sign yours or provide ours.
What is included in a care plan?
Hosting, monitoring, a backup every day, security updates, support with written response times, plus monthly development time. Plans are month to month, on 30 days' notice.
Where will our data be hosted?
The hosting region is agreed with you ahead of launch, for instance the UK or EU where GDPR applies to the data, and the hosting accounts sit in your name.
Can you take on an existing app?
Yes. First comes a paid health check of the hosting and code, followed by a plan to fix it, improve it or move it.
Which time zones can you work with?
Any time zone. Regular meeting times are agreed to suit you, and we measure response times in UK business hours.
