The challenge
Work was given out over the phone, so the closest rider or driver was seldom the one who went, and patients had no way of seeing where their ambulance or medicine was.
What we delivered
We made an app for riders and drivers that offers each job to the closest free person first and looks further afield if nobody accepts in time. Their live location appears in the patient app, and the fare and payout are set before a job is taken.
