Prescription orders come to pharmacies and go out for delivery
Each medicine order reaches a partner pharmacy with its prescription. The pharmacy confirms the items and passes it to a rider the patient can follow.

The challenge
Orders came in by phone and through messaging apps, prescriptions had to be read from unclear photos, and a pharmacy could not tell a patient where the order had got to.
What we delivered
In the pharmacy portal we built, the prescription comes in with every order and prices are taken from the official retail price list. Once confirmed, the order goes to the nearest rider and the patient follows it live.
