The challenge
Student records sat in separate spreadsheets at nine offices. Head office had no view of progress in the branches, documents were spread over many inboxes, and payments made in different currencies were difficult to reconcile.
What we delivered
We built a single CRM that keeps each office's data apart and follows a seven-stage pipeline from intake to visa result. Every student profile holds documents, university applications, tasks and payments, and head office can see it all.
