The challenge
The owners wanted a daily view of cash, card and bank balances at both shops, and to spot till differences early, all without a heavyweight accounting system.
What we delivered
We built a simple finance portal: a daily till count showing the variance, live dashboard cards, supplier purchases, tasks and reports, all of which can be filtered by shop. Backups and security were part of it from day one.
