The challenge
The shop and the wholesale side kept separate records. Credit sales, the dates customers promised to pay and the worth of the stock were difficult to track, and access had to differ between staff.
What we delivered
Our system has one area for the shop and one for distribution. It covers sales with VAT and discounts, purchase orders, credit sales paid in instalments, stock valuation, and ledgers for customers, suppliers and staff. The server enforces 17 permissions, page by page.
